Community Patrol

It is official!  Kaikohe is the safest town with the lowest crime rate in the north!  However there a few nuisances that persist in doing annoying things that degrade our much loved town's image.  So a group of (mostly) men have volunteered to be part of a community patrol.  The object of the patrol is to be a visible presence in the town that will reduce tagging and vandalism.
